Spacious room, comfortable bedding, the indoor swimming pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city, and the complimentary breakfast included a great variety to start the day right.

The hotel features a nice variety of breakfast options, but

the timing of room cleaning could use improvement, as it was often completed late in the day. Despite this, I enjoyed the spacious room and the helpful staff, especially when I needed assistance with my luggage.

I had a delightful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Ciudad Obregon By Ihg. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning and lovely window shades. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast with a nice variety of options, perfect for starting my day.

Housekeeping services were slow.

My wife says that the wait for room cleaning was frustrating.

The only downside was that housekeeping was a bit slow. it took until 5pm to get our room cleaned. Plus, we had to keep asking for extra towels, which was annoying. But overall, the comfort made up for the minor hiccups.

I checked in and was impressed by how friendly the staff was , especially Jean Carlo who made me feel like I was a VIP! The breakfast buffet was fantastic , a perfect start to the day with all the options everyone likes.

It wasn't inexpensive , but still pretty reasonable for what you get.
